Service Description
A trauma-informed training designed to help educators recognize stress responses, apply verbal de-escalation techniques, and develop personal safety plans. This workshop equips school staff with practical tools to feel more confident and prepared in challenging situations.

Cancellation Policy
Clients may reschedule a workshop without an additional rescheduling fee by providing at least seven calendar days’ notice. Requests made less than seven days before the scheduled workshop may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Any nonrefundable travel, lodging, or preparation expenses already incurred will remain the client’s responsibility. Emergency and severe-weather situations will be reviewed individually. A new date is subject to availability.
